We rely on our experience; industry knowledge and historical cost database to ensure our estimates are detailed, accurate and cover the complete scope of work. During the pre-construction phase, Friedrich Watkins evaluates all building components and construction methods. By utilizing our experience we can effectively evaluate more cost efficient products and/or means of construction that may be implemented to reduce costs to the client without impacting the quality of the end product.

Construction Management

At Friedrich Watkins we pride ourselves on being the Owner’s advocate and treat every project as if it is our own. As Construction Manager, Friedrich Watkins works with the Owner and the owner’s consultants early in development to ensure the project goals are achieved. After detailed coordination with the owner and the design team we will establish a budget, schedule and project specific quality control and safety plans to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and of the highest quality.

The design-build delivery is becoming a preferred method by many clients as it allows Friedrich Watkins to be your single point of contact for all aspects of the project. We have longstanding relationships with qualified design partners and proven track record of successfully delivering design-build projects. We will provide a design team specifically tailored to your programs requirements and goals. The design-build process embraces Friedrich Watkins open and collaborative approach to project delivery.
